Pronounced Saa-Guh-Ree!

I'm not just a marketer, and I'm not just a photographer — though I've been both, seriously, for years. At my core, I'm someone who's spent my whole career doing one thing: noticing what's not working inside a business, and figuring out how to fix it.

Born in India, I moved to Canada in the 4th grade, navigating new cultures, new systems, and figuring out where I fit — which, looking back, was probably the beginning of a lifelong habit of paying close attention to how people and systems actually work, not just how they're supposed to.

My career started in 2013, when I founded a photography business capturing love stories through weddings and couples. My work was published on platforms like Style Me Pretty, Wed Luxe, Modern Bride, and Elegant Weddings — but photography was never just about pretty images to me. It was about telling the truth of a moment.

Since then, I've worked across a genuinely wide range of roles — real estate, business development, sales, operations, marketing, administration, customer experience, project coordination, executive support. On paper that might look scattered. In practice, it's given me a rare vantage point: I've seen how businesses actually run from nearly every seat in the room, not just the marketing chair.

When the pandemic slowed everything down, I shifted my focus from capturing businesses visually to helping them grow strategically. I dove into marketing and brand development, but the deeper I got, the more I realized the real problem was almost never marketing. It was that businesses hadn't gotten clear on who they were, who they served, and how people actually experienced working with them — before they ever touched a content calendar.

That belief became the foundation of how I work now: the Inside Out Growth Method. Strategy first. Clarity first. Then marketing, visuals, and systems — including AI and automation, which I've more recently started using to help business owners get hours of their week back — become tools that actually work, instead of noise layered on top of a shaky foundation.

I like to think of myself as a creative-analytic hybrid. My background in psychology and social work helps me understand people and behaviour, while my strategic and creative experience lets me turn that understanding into something practical — a brand, a system, a plan, or all three.

I don't believe in creating dependency. My goal with every client is to leave their business more capable, more intentional, and more themselves than when we started — whether that means a new visual identity, a clearer strategy, or a system that quietly saves them ten hours a month.

If we keep working together after that, I want it to be because you value having me around — not because you can't function without me——
